You're Already Spending $105 Billion to Implement Obamacare
Our friends at The Heritage Foundation looked into a recent Congressional Research Service report and found that Obamacare contained $105 billion for its own implementation. This money, known as an advanced appropriation, exists outside the normal Congressional appropriations process.
Although we didn’t need it, this is yet another reason to repeal Obamacare. And repeal we must, because despite broad opposition to Obamacare, the law essentially funds itself into existence.

Summary from Heritage’s analysis:
Just this past month, the Congressional Research Service (CRS) updated an October 2010 report titled “Appropriations and Fund Transfers in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).” The new report found that, unbeknownst to almost every Member of Congress, Obamacare contains $105 billion in direct implementation spending that bypasses Congress’s normal appropriations process.
Conservative members of Congress have seized upon the report and are working to recapture the $105 billion from current law. FoxNews reports that Representatives Steve King and Michele Bachmann
“…have embraced the study and are now pushing for a bill that would strip the funding from the Department of Health and Human Services… The House has already voted to strip current-year funding for implementing the president’s law, but Bachmann and King want a House vote on clawing back the funding until 2019.”
